It's clear that the demand for well-run planning and delivery organizations will continue to increase. Executives are trying to service their customers more intimately, gain increased productivity out of their organizations, improve their cost structure throughout their value chain and be more innovative in product and channel strategies. As enablement, technologies and frontline professionals are better equipped than ever before in the way that they can lead and manage both the Business and Technology. So why have we reached a crisis point of an inability to deliver on time and within budget?
Let’s face it; commoditization has arrived in the hardware and software component arena. Educational institutions are yielding talented and prepared professionals at an unparallel pace, thus the talent in most corporations doesn't vary greatly. I feel that the competitive advantage (the real leverage point) within most firms is the ability to deliver.
From my purview, real differentiation is in the way that organizations and programs are led, organized, managed, operated and governed. That requires executive leadership and proven, repeatable "ways" of doing things, ways that are adaptable, for each situation, while maintaining the integrity of the mission.
During the last 4 years, I have developed an overall framework for building high performing technology and operational organizations and processes in major corporations. My Framework is based upon industry best practices and is principle based, providing me a unique position to support my client’s key elements to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. I do this by utilizing an integrated, holistic approach to business planning, problem solving, analysis, and delivery of support solutions. If your organization can use my talent and increasingly views its competition as a heavy load, then kindly reply and I will be more than happy to lend a hand to ensure the future successes of your company. As always, your feedback and/or comments are welcome!
